Harri is a seasoned executive with over 35 years in digital engineering, R&D, automation, consulting, and AI, Professional AI Certificates from MIT and UCB. He has led digital transformations across industries, including AI-driven analytics, IoT systems, mobile communication, and advanced process control. Harri has held leadership roles in Finland, the U.S., and Germany, showcasing his strategic and global expertise. As CEO of Aitoware Oy, he provides consulting services specializing in digital transformation, executive advisory, board memberships, and AI initiatives.
Paula Salomaa, COO & CFO
Paula brings a wealth of experience in international project management and multicultural leadership. She has led innovation accelearation initiatives connecting the Nordic region with Silicon Valley. In addition to her customer project management tasks, Paula serves as Chief Operating Officer and Chief Financial Officer, drawing on her background with organizations like Nordic Innovation House and Business Finland. Her leadership in managing programs, budgets, and operations makes her well-suited for these roles.
